Eye FX contact lenses are manufactured in South Korean facilities certified under the European directive 93/42/EEC for Medical Devices. The lenses are manufactured from Polyhema, which is a a soft, flexible, water-absorbing plastic used to make soft contact lenses.

EyeFX lenses are made from a soft flexible, water absorbing material to provide maximum comfort. Each lens pack contains relevant technical information and detailed instructions for safe and healthy use.

We recommend trying your costume on as soon as it arrives to ensure the fit is right. If you need a different size, simply order the replacement straight away for the fastest dispatch, then contact us with your order number by replying to your order confirmation email or via our Contact Us page. Once we receive your return, we'll refund the original costume.
If you don't order a replacement first, we'll issue a store credit once your return has been received and approved.
If you believe there is a sizing fault, we'll compare the returned costume against the size chart shown on the product page. If the measurements don't match the published size chart, we'll happily provide a full refund.
