They are re-usable! Treat your appliance well and you can use it over and over again! We highly advise using adhesive remover to make sure your appliance stays in place without the hassles of spirit gum.

Please check the size chart in the product images before ordering, as sizing can vary between costumes and manufacturers.

We recommend trying your costume on as soon as it arrives to ensure the fit is right.

If you need a different size, simply order the replacement straight away for the fastest dispatch, then contact us with your order number by replying to your order confirmation email or via our Contact Us page. Once we receive your return, we'll refund the original costume if you have ordered your exchange size.

If you don't order a replacement first, we'll issue a store credit once your return has been received and approved.

If you believe there is a sizing fault, we'll compare the returned costume against the size chart shown on the product page. If the measurements don't match the published size chart, we'll happily provide a full refund.
