Shipping Information

Christmas Shipping.

Our shipping times for the Christmas Holiday period changes due to public holidays and warehouse closures. 

Items showing in store will be dispatched from the store except for public holidays and the shop closure dates. We are closed on Christmas Eve. 

Buy Online Only items have some warehouse closures and most items will not dispatch after 19 December 2025 and then warehouses re-open on 6 January 2026 to start dispatching orders again. If you have selected Express shipping your item will be dispatched on 6 January 2026 via express. 

To check dispatch times please call us on 07 3359 7000 and we can give you a good indication of what time frames you will have depending on the item you are purchasing. If we have it in store it will be sent on all days the shop is open. 

Express Post.

This is generally overnight to metropolitan areas, however, please note this is not a guaranteed overnight service and can take 1 - 2 business days with Australia Post and Star Track for metropolitan areas, longer for regional areas. Please note this is not a guaranteed time frame as once parcels are with Australia Post or Courier services it's out of our hands. We do not refund due to delayed shipping. The cut off for orders to be dispatched same day is 1:00pm AEST.

Express Post offers next day delivery to addresses within the Express Post network, including Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Hobart and Perth CBD. Regional areas take additional time and bulky items are shipped with Toll and this service generally takes 2 - 4 business days for delivery. This is not a guaranteed time frame as once parcels are with Australia Post or Courier services it's out of our hands. 

For rural areas not in the express shipping zone generally can take 3-7 business days, may be longer. Express post to the closest city in the express post network and then standard parcel delivery times from that city to the rural area. 

Standard Shipping  

Standard Delivery by Fastway Couriers & Australia Post is available to 25 major metropolitan and regional centres and takes 5 - 7 days, with 7-10 day delivery to WA. Please note this is not a guaranteed time frame as once parcels are with Australia Post or Courier services it's out of our hands. 

Click and Collect - Currently Unavailable please call the store on Kedron 3359 7000 for stock availability in store. 

You may select Free Pick Up in Brisbane Store where available. You will receive an email letting you know your item is ready for collection. Please have your order number and ID for collection.
